Should be able to perform and deal with the following tasks:
1. Implement networking on windows server and resolve network issues
2. Set up and maintain user accounts and resolve any user issues
3. Set restrictions on user accounts as per management instructions
4. Resolve general software issues
5. Maintain and resolve ERP issues and stay in contact with ERP engineers to resolve any issues and process updates
6. Configure and maintain network LAN connections and maintain LAN messenger
7. Configure and maintain remote access to server and other users between head office and other company locations
8. Maintain user accounts for web and email hosting services
9. Skills for using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Corel
